On March 1, 2022, balconia Corporation merged with two group companies, mfield Corporation and Aifield Corporation, with mfield Corporation as the continuing company, and simultaneously changed its name to AMBL Corporation (AMBL).

Since this merger is an absorption-type merger, AMBL Corporation will take over all contracts that balconia has already concluded with its customers and all current business operations.
In order to maximize the brand assets developed by each group company, AMBL Corporation will adopt a company system under the name of an existing company, We look forward to your continued patronage and support.

Our overseas offices, balconia Hong Kong Limited and balconia Shanghai Limited, will continue to exist as overseas corporations without merger.
