balconia (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Taro Akiyama; hereinafter "balconia") will merge with two group companies, mfield Corporation (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Masahiro Mouri; hereinafter "mfield") and Aifield Corporation (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Masahiro Mouri; hereinafter "AIF"), to strengthen its structure in order to meet advanced, cross-field customer demands in AI and DX, which have increased rapidly during the COVID 19 pandemic. In addition, the merged company name will change to AMBL Corporation (AMBL) and the headquarters will relocate in March.

■Purpose of the Merger

At the same time that customers' demand for DX is increasing due to the COVID 19 pandemic, projects requiring more advanced, cross-cutting knowledge and technical capabilities are increasing.
