A creative project to celebrate the Chinese New Year "Spring Festival" with POLA.
After the success of the previous year’s creative project, balconia again developed the core creative design for 2021’s Chinese New Year, or "Spring Festival," the most important event of the year. The streets are dyed in festive red, and everywhere you look, the mood is celebration.
In this context, we developed some creative works to celebrate Chinese New Year, such as visual merchandising and packaging design as an expression of the celebration that is uniquely POLA.

How would you describe the celebration of Chinese New Year in POLA? What color of red, the symbolic color of celebration, should be used? How are Chinese people spending the Chinese New Year in recent years? Based on the experience of last year, we updated not only the brand vision, but conducted further research of Chinese culture. This year, we created a video and a core creative design based on the key phrase "the thought that goes into every drop of POLA".

In addition, since local subsidiaries in other Asian countries used the creative works as well, the creative development was designed to ensure that there were both localized phrases as well as many easy-to-use patterns and materials for each country.
